NAMI Family to Family Class . A free 8 week, 8 session class for family members, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions. The class helps improve the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to a person with a mental health condition. NAMI Family-to-Family is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have lived the experience, and includes presentations, discussions and interactive exercises. NAMI Family and Friends Online Seminar A free two hour online seminar that informs and supports people who have loved ones with a mental health condition. Participants learn about diagnoses, treatment, recovery, communication strategies, crisis preparation and NAMI resources. Seminar leaders have personal experience with mental health conditions in their families. NAMI Montana will host a seminar once per month. To enroll visit the NAMI Montana website.
NAMI Faithnet Bridges of Hope Presentation A free 30 minute power-point presentation designed to educate faith communities about mental illness so that they can create stronger safety nets and welcoming communities of faith for people affected by mental illness.
